Refund Policy

Effective Date: 01/2026

FreshStart Financial Education Association provides private membership-based financial education and authorized user tradeline placement services.

Because services involve time, consultation, analysis, and third-party coordination, our refund policy is structured as follows:

Membership Fees
Membership fees are non-refundable once access to private educational resources has been granted.

Profile Review Fees
Credit profile review fees are non-refundable once the review has been completed and strategy recommendations have been delivered.

Authorized User Placement Fees
Once a member has been submitted for authorized user placement and coordination with the account holder has begun, placement fees are non-refundable.

If placement cannot be completed due to internal availability issues, a replacement option may be offered or a refund may be issued at our discretion.

Reporting Outcomes
Refunds are not granted based on:

Credit score changes
Lender decisions
Underwriting outcomes
Credit bureau reporting timelines

Chargebacks
Members agree to contact us directly to resolve any concerns prior to initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in termination of membership and enforcement of the signed service agreement.

All services are governed by the signed Membership Agreement and Service Agreement.
