TERMS AND CONDITIONS  Effective Date: 01/2026  By accessing this website or becoming a member of FreshStart Financial Education Association, you agree to the following terms.  Private Membership  Services are provided exclusively to private members under contract.  No Guarantee of Results  We make no guarantees regarding:  Credit score increases Loan approvals Credit bureau reporting outcomes Financial results  Results vary based on individual profiles and lender criteria.  Nature of Services  We provide financial education and authorized user tradeline placement services. We do not provide legal advice, tax advice, or credit repair services.  Authorized User Placement  Members may be added as authorized users to accounts owned by third-party primary account holders. The primary account holder retains ownership and control.  Reporting timelines depend on issuer cycles and credit bureau processing.  Member Responsibilities  Members agree to provide accurate information and use services responsibly.  Limitation of Liability  FreshStart Financial Education Association is not liable for:  Credit bureau scoring model changes Underwriting decisions Reporting delays outside our control Indirect or consequential damages  Dispute Resolution  All disputes shall first be submitted to mediation. If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Membership Agreement.  Governing Law  These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Insert State].  Changes to Terms  We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
